Anytime I had a question , and I had a lot of questions, they were answered promptly, and accurately with respect. I totally recommend Michelle!

Nate Campion was excellent. He did more than we expected, beyond the call of duty. We needed a well driller to cap our old well and he found one for us. We had to replace the furnace in our "new" house and he found an excellent plumbing firm. We had to have radon mitigation and Nate foud that person also.

Olivia knew so much information on any house we inquired about, it made the process of picking a house less stressful for us! Her communication was outstanding and she was always there for us to answer any question we had. She made the process of buying a house fun and enjoyable!

Molly was so great to work with for the selling of our first home and purchasing our forever home! After looking at quite a few homes and having the original home we were going to purchase fall through we finally found the one! Although the process could be overwhelming at times Molly was there 100%. She was always checking in to see if we had questions or concerns during the process and followed up a week after the closing as well. Words can't explain how great joslyn is! She went above and BEYOND to get my family into our home just days from Christmas. And get our old house sold just days before Christmas. She will fight to get your deal closed. Her communication is great! She would reply even at 6 am or 10 pm. Very quick responses! I absolutely LOVE joslyn and my kids do too! I would 100% recommend!!

The entire search/buying process can be very stressful, but was lessened with Katherine's guidance. Even with the additional negotiations that were needed post appraisal, the process was incredibly smooth.

With Katherine's help/guidance we went in with a strong first offer which was accepted almost immediately. The appraisal came in to our benefit. At the end of the day, we purchased for asking but that was considerably less than our initial offer. Katherine navigated those additional conversations well, and we could not be happier with the purchase of our "cabin in the woods".

Michelle Hosch was a great resource and help throughout my entire process. This was my first time buying a home and I was clueless.
